The Plessis house, located in the village of Gaumier, is an old building with distinctly Italianate architecture, formerly inhabited by the Plessis family, weavers for several generations.
Today, it has been converted into three adjoining gîtes: Le Fromaget on the left, Le Plessis in the center, and Le Moulin à Foulon on the right. Each gîte can accommodate eight people within a 5,000 m² enclosed landscaped area with a shared swimming pool (6 x 12 m) open from mid-May to the end of September. The setting is perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Each gîte includes two private, sunny terraces with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers.
Ground floor: living room, lounge, kitchen, WC. Upstairs: four bedrooms (one double bed, one queen bed, two single beds), shower room, bathroom, WC. Wi-Fi.
The cottage's location provides access to numerous leisure activities: hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, etc. It is situated close to all amenities, including a grocery store and bakeries (500 m), as well as Clisson (2 km), Puy du Fou (35 km), Nantes (40 km), Les Sables d'Olonne, and the Vendée coast (85 km). The cottages are available for rent year-round. Heating is included.
