The accommodation has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a bathroom with a shower, a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a living-dining room with access to a terrace with views from the beautiful communal area and the sea. For more comfort the main bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. And in the other bedroom there is a ceiling fan. The communal area has a swimming pool surrounded by grass and there are also swings for the little ones. This apartment is rented with a parking space inside the enclosure. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
