12 km from Excideuil (All shops and services), 90 m2 house adjoining unused farm buildings. Ground floor: Kitchen and living room with fireplace. Bathroom. Separate WC. Floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 1 90 cm bed. Shower room. Separate WC. Fully enclosed grounds with swing, covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Baby equipment. Fiber internet connection. Heating and electricity included. bathroom linen and sheets included. End of stay cleaning €70. Bag of wood €20 (the first bag free). Independent house, with its enclosed garden, located in a village in Périgord Vert, 5 km from the center of the town. You can hike on the marked trails of the Périgord Vert or take part in the many cultural and sporting activities offered in the surrounding area. Children, in particular, will appreciate the proximity of activities such as the rail bike, an educational farm, a pony club, geocaching circuits (terra aventura). The location of the gîte allows you to reach many tourist sites such as Brantôme, St Jean-de-Côle, but also Périgueux or Hautefort and its famous gardens...
Before your arrival, we provide our visitors with an interactive guide that can be viewed (or downloaded) on a smartphone with a map of access to the gîte, visits and nearby activities.
