Within the owners' 1900s bourgeois house, ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance and a small, private, unfenced courtyard. Sidewalk parking in front of the cottage. Entrance to the living area includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a lounge area with TV and internet access; a bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and a desk allowing for remote working; a bathroom with a large shower stall and toilet. Baby equipment is provided (high chair, travel cot, playpen, potty, floor mat, and bathtub). One pet is welcome at €2/day. All-inclusive service: heating, electricity, kitchen linens, towels, bed linens, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Near a fishing pond, hiking trails, and tennis courts in Cossaye. Tourist and historic towns are located in Decize, Nevers, and Moulins. The Loire Canal, a water sports center, is located in Decize.
