Two-Level Urban Gite In a small cul-de-sac in the town center of Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire, a cozy, warm, and upscale gite awaits you for exploring the city, strolling along the Loire River, tasting the wines of Pouilly-Fumé, Sancerre, and Côteaux du Giennois, visiting the Cité du Livre et des Mots in La Charité-sur-Loire, or even visiting the CNPE in Belleville.
Raised ground floor, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed, TV, and toilet. Upstairs, a 160x200 cm bed, TV, and a bathroom (large shower, toilet). Air conditioning.
Access to the shared garden, not adjacent to the gite, is available from the owners.
In summer, you have access to the heated outdoor pool, shared with guests of the owner's guest rooms. This gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
