Description of the accommodation

30 km from Nantes, St Jean de Mont and La Roche sur Yon, old farmhouse renovated into 2 adjoining gites located upstairs (wood storage reserve on the ground floor).
Common unfenced raised ground of 1200 m² with small pond (fishing possible).
Living room/living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: Wifi access, freezer compartment, baby equipment (bed, booster seat, bath...).
Not included: electric heating, electricity, sheets, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€).
