On the first floor, two bedrooms with double beds, 1 office with sofa bed and television, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor, superb living room with lounge, television, separate fitted kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), dining area, terrace. The rental price includes the disinfection of the accommodation before taking the premises Disinfection: This does not exempt the exit cleaning which is the responsibility of the tenant or who will do the request for additional service from the agency at least 72 hours before departure (Prices communicated on request) Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it at the key collection (double bed kit: 12 euros / single bed kit: 9 euros / towel set with one large and one small towel: 8 €).
