Located in the suburb area, very pleasant typical fisherman-style house comprising on the ground floor a living room with a very well-equipped kitchen area (oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), on the first floor a large bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 WC, 1 bathroom. On the second floor a bedroom with two bunk beds in the alcove and a sofa bed. The pleasure of being quiet in the heart of the village and close to the beaches. Private WIFI connection. The rental price includes the disinfection of the accommodation before taking the premises Disinfection: This does not exempt the exit cleaning which is the responsibility of the tenant or who will request an additional service from the agency at least 72 hours before his departure (Prices communicated on request) Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and to collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12 euros / single bed kit : 9 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8 €).
