Electricity to be paid on site, as well as the obligatory cleaning fee of €60. In the heart of a wooded park of almost 2 hectares, enclosed by walls, this gîte has been set up in an old orangery at the end of a typically Charentais and protected cellar. Located 10 minutes by car from the center of Cognac, you will appreciate the tranquility of the place on the 2 terraces: one uncovered facing south and the other covered to the north for enjoying meals.
