A separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). Finally, there's a bedroom (140x200 bed) with a glass door opening onto a second terrace, overlooking the sunrise, and a bathroom. From the first terrace, you'll have a view of the banks of the Untxin: on the opposite bank, there are green spaces converted into play or sports areas, and the typical Basque facades of the Socoa district. The pedestrian and cycle path runs right outside your building, leading to the sea. This residence is just a few meters from everything you need or want: the beach, the port, restaurants, bars, and shops... Come... you'll come back!
