Vinciane and Cyril Philippe from L'échappée Sarthoise welcome you to our cottage located at the entrance to our farm. This cottage is unusual due to its diverse animal breeds and our farming methods (our animals are not confined in buildings, so you won't be disturbed!) and isolated from our other buildings. Our cottage offers a magnificent view of the rolling countryside and the Petite Charnie forest.

This large 270 m² house offers 7 beautiful and spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and toilet, including a PRM bedroom with its own shower room on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a billiard table, flat-screen TV, and fireplace. A large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Accessible room with 1 bed, private bathroom and toilet
Upstairs, 6 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, private bathroom and toilet
