The accommodation consists of a large living room of more than 50m², an integrated and equipped kitchen with central island for cooking in a friendly atmosphere, a living room with television, sofa and armchair as well as a beautiful space for dining. In both bedrooms, the beds are made on your arrival: - "Voyage" family room: a 140cm double bed, a mezzanine accessible by a staircase (quite steep) with two 90cm beds. Private and adjoining shower room and wc. - "Nature" room: 2 electric beds of 80cm (which can be assembled or not) with adjoining and private bathrooms (adapted for people with reduced mobility). Also on the ground floor, separate WC and linen room. A 20m² mezzanine is located above the living room. An extra bed is available for 1 to 2 additional people (140cm BZ or 90cm folding bed) for a supplement of € 20 per person per night. This space can also be used as a play room or a working space. Access the terrace not overlooked from the living room. Garden furniture, deckchairs and gas barbecue available to enjoy the unobstructed view of the countryside without moderation! This rural lodging in Anjou is ideal for a family stay with children (folding bed, high chair, bath, potty, booster toilet, board games ...).
