On the ground floor, you will find a fitted kitchen, a large living/dining room, a perfectly renovated bathroom, as well as two bedrooms, one equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with a 140x190 cm bed. A toilet. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms each with a 90x190 cm bed and a third bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. A second bathroom with toilet is at your disposal. The landing is converted into a relaxation area, to share warm moments of conviviality. The perfectly enclosed grounds will delight your animals. Fisherman friends, you can park your boat in complete safety. A ping-pong table will liven up your evenings with family or friends, the basement will also allow you to leave your bikes safe to explore the Aube trails. A laundry room with board, iron and drying rack completes the basement. A few kilometers from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, 30 minutes from Troyes, a historic and medieval town, come and stay at the two families' gîte. You will be charmed by the privileged environment and the view of nature.
