Massimo and Ester, both of Italian origin, have decided to settle down with their dog Jack in the Dordogne for their retirement. After many trips, Périgord is certainly their favorite for its richness and tranquility.

Description of the accommodation

In a preserved environment, rich in historical heritage, come and discover this 120m2 house adjoining that of the owners, not overlooked. On the ground floor, you will have a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a television, internet and a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, 4 burners vitroceramics, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a bedroom with 1 140x200 bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilets with a hand basin. Upstairs, you will have access to the 2nd attic bedroom, ideal and very popular with children, 1 140x190 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. An attic mezzanine with 1 extra bed of 90x190. A terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue. Baby equipment: travel cot, mattress and high chair. This house is located near the Double forest, ideal for hiking and fishing. Near Brantôme, the “Green Venice” of Périgord, but also Périgueux and its monuments. Close to Charente with numerous castles (Montmoreau, Magnac la Valette with the Château de la Mercerie called "Le Petit Versailles").
Massimo is passionate about vintage cars and will offer you a short walk on site to discover the surrounding landscape. On site 4 bicycles available and possibility of storing bicycles or motorcycles.
