On the ground floor, you will have a kitchen equipped with 3 ceramic hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senséo coffee maker only (no microwave), a central island and a lounge area with 2 armchairs. , television and internet. You will also have access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink and a separate toilet. On the 13m2 mezzanine, you will benefit from a 160x200 bed. In front of the cottage, you will enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, in a wooded garden. Gîte open only during sunny days as there is no heating system. Rental from Sunday to Sunday only. No washing machine. In the Dordogne Valley, this gîte is located close to all the world-famous sites of Périgord Noir such as the village of Roque-Gageac classified among "The most beautiful villages in France", the Bastide of Domme and the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes... Many other activities are available to you: visit to Sarlat (medieval city with exceptional heritage), boat trips and canoeing on the Dordogne, visits to remarkable gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac... )... North of Sarlat, you can go to Montignac to visit the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4, in the Vézère Valley.
