Description of the accommodation

This old traditional house, located on the edge of the farm, has become 2 comfortable, bright gîtes, each with a private outdoor space for eating out. These can just as well be rented together or separately. You are in the heart of Aveyron: discover the Lévézou lakes for swimming and boating and, further south, the Millau viaduct or to the north Rodez, its cathedral and its Soulages museum. Gite adjoining another gite (H12G023257- 4 people), independent and opposite entrances, on 2 levels, in an old renovated barn, next to the owners' house, near a farm (milk cattle / 30 cows), in a hamlet, in the countryside. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 juxtaposable single beds), 1 mezzanine/bedroom (4 single beds), 2 shower rooms (washing machine), kitchen area (dishwasher)/living room (2 sofas, television, internet/wifi access), full electric heating, private unfenced grounds (80m²), garden furniture, barbecue, private parking, tourist tax. Rental of sheets and towels. High chair and cot on request. Sheet rental: €10 (compulsory for professional customers), cleaning option: €80 (compulsory for professional customers).
Welcome and handing over of the keys to the gite by the owners.
