Description of the accommodation

A single storey apartment of 60m² on the ground floor, with a separate entrance. You will enter through a beautiful living room with modern accents composed of a fully equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, combined freezer, oven, microwave) and a living room with a convertible sofa, television, Internet. You will then access a bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and WC and a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed or 2 80x200 beds.
For your meals outside and your moments of relaxation, you will appreciate the private terrace in front of the gîte with its garden furniture and a barbecue. 2 bikes are available to explore the greenway. Home Bikers. Baby equipment: bed and booster seat.

Just a few kilometers away, you can discover the riches of Périgord by strolling through the towns and villages (Montignac-Lascaux, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac...), castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, les Milandes...), the remarkable gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac...). Enjoy barge rides (La Roque Gageac and Beynac) and, for the more sporty, canoe trips on the Dordogne... the gîte is very close to the Lot and Corrèze.
An unheated swimming pool to share with the owners, with chlorine, fully covered to enjoy it even longer, size 5mx10m, depth 1.40m, awaits you after your visits.
