Large house with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an exceptional living room of almost 80m². The albizia, the magnolia, the walnut and the poplars offer beautiful areas of shade and plenty of space to relax and play. Children's swing, ping-pong table, pétanque court. Fishing possible in the 1,000m² private lake: carp, roach, tench. Close to the owners' house, not overlooked.
