Come and discover this charming patio villa which can accommodate up to 6 people, in a secure residence located 2000 meters from the beaches. You can enjoy a bright living space open to the outside and nicely decorated, a fully equipped open kitchen as well as a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The sleeping area includes a first bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed. The rest of the sleeping area is located on the mezzanine level, with a pretty bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and its adjoining balcony with view of the swimming pool. 2 additional beds (1x140 and 1x90) complete the set. Outside you will benefit from a small private garden with a beautiful terrace equipped with a large dining table and a large collective swimming pool. Plus, a private parking space is at your disposal. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation price. You will be seduced by the location as well as the services offered by this accommodation, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
