A very pretty apartment, with simple and elegant decor, located on the 1st floor of a small residence with manicured gardens. The apartment features an entrance hall opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine) and the living room. The dining area opens onto a lovely terrace of approximately 11 m². On the first floor, two bedrooms are each equipped with a 140x190 bed, and one of them has an adjoining balcony. The apartment is bright and welcoming, but also ideally located: the city center is accessible on foot in a few minutes. The beach is less than 10 minutes away by bike. Two private underground parking spaces complete the package. Wi-Fi is available. Let yourself be charmed! End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation price.
