Since the beginning of the 20th century, Capbreton has been transformed to become today a very popular seaside resort. A lively town centre, very long walks for pedestrians and bikes, supervised beaches, a casino,... are all assets, not to mention two well-known spots for surfers.

Description of the accommodation

Come and discover this beautiful Landes house of approximately 80 m² and which can accommodate up to 6 people, located near the port of Capbreton and only 1000 meters from the beaches. You can enjoy a large, bright living space opening onto an outdoor terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes a first bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) forming a large double bed as well as an adjoining bathroom with WC. You will also find a second bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 or 180). An additional bathroom completes the whole. The plus of this house, a large private garden with a large terrace equipped with a dining table.
