Description of the accommodation

This large house which can accommodate up to 8 people consists of:

- a kitchen open to the dining area and equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine
- a dining area open to the kitchen
- a living room area with television opening onto a small veranda
- a 1st bedroom with a 140cm double bed and an adjoining bathroom, integrated WC
- a 2nd bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- the other two bedrooms are adjoining: a first children's bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds + a second with a 140 cm double bed and a water point (sink)
- a second bathroom with shower and bathtub
- 2nd separate toilet
- a large exterior with a spacious covered terrace and a wooded garden facing South/East. A North/West facing courtyard where several vehicles can park.

Note that household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental. You can contact our agency to obtain prices. When you hand over the keys, you will be asked for two deposits: one of €800 for accommodation and one of €170 for end-of-stay cleaning.
