One of our most beautiful apartment on the Cap d'Agde of 92m2 with its 26m2 loggia overlooking the Mail de Rochelongue and the sea, facing South. Located on the 4th floor with elevator.
Private parking space n° 29 in the residence.

This apartment has at the entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (1 induction plate 4 burners, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker with filter, 1 Senseo, 1 toaster, 1 kettle, 1 dishwasher), a lounge area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a trundle bed with two 80 cm beds, separate toilet, a bathroom with shower.
The largest of the rooms gives access to the loggia and has a bed in 140, the second room has a bed in 160.

The loggia is equipped with a large table, a TV ert, a garden furniture set (new in 2016), and an electric barbecue.

Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.
For towels: 10€ per person.

Rental of baby bed: 13 € per week.

You are responsible for the cleaning at your departure. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment it is at the rate of 105 €.
