The garden, with trees and natural shaded areas, invites you to relax outdoors, whether on the sunbeds by the easily accessible pool or on the terrace, perfect for long al fresco meals and sunset barbecues.

Inside, a simple and comfortable house awaits, with exposed beam ceilings, clay floors, and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor, the living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a practical utility room, and a bathroom are distributed. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms (two with single beds and one with a double bed) and a second bathroom, offering capacity for up to six people.

The estate is located just a few minutes by car from the charming village of Campanet and very close to Sa Pobla, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and services. The wide beaches of Alcúdia Bay can be reached in around 15-20 minutes.
