This comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor (two flights of 10 steps) with living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace and garden. Equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, traditional oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob). The bedrooms offer a 160 cm bed as well as a large closet for one and a 140 cm bed for the other. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC. Dedicated parking space.
