Central underfloor heating by oil boiler. Laundry room. Enclosed land of 2000 m2. Garden Lounge. 4 sun loungers. Barbecue. Swing. Petanque. Household linen and bathroom linen not provided. Cleaning: An additional deposit of €220 will be requested by the owner on arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay if the gîte is left clean and tidy. Sheets €10/bed/change. Electricity beyond 8 kW/day: €0.25/additional kW. Heating €25/day. Beautiful country house near Sarlat, a world-famous medieval city, in the Dordogne Valley (River swimming 3 km). In Calviac you can see the ferryman's house which bears witness to past trade on the river, the last ferry crossing having taken place in 1952. Ideal geographical location allowing quick access to the essential sites of Périgord Noir (Castles, caves, villages. ..). Marked hiking trails, cycle paths, short and long hikes, cultural and sporting activities within 10 km. But you will also appreciate the proximity of the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, the Grotte de Lacave on the edge of the Lot. This large gîte allows you to get together with family or friends.
