Villa for 10 people with private pool in Calpe, (Costa Blanca) Fantastic villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. INTERIOR: This incredible 350 m2 villa is divided into two floors separated by internal staircases. The FIRST FLOOR consists of a spacious, tastefully decorated living room with access to the terrace. There is a separate modern kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath en suite. There is also a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other three with two single beds (two of which have en-suite bathrooms with showers). There is also a bathroom with bath. EXTERIOR: The villa consists of a beautiful pool area (9x4) with hammocks, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. It also has a covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs. DISTANCES: This villa is in a privileged location, given its proximity to the MEDITERRANEAN SEA and its beaches (1.9 km), in addition to all services and the centre of Calpe (1.6 km). NOTES: Wifi free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
