Well furnished and centrally located in a quiet street, just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches and the center of Calpe in the heart of the Costa Blanca. The apartment also enjoys splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea and is located 2 minutes walk from Cala Manzanera from where you can admire the famous Peñón de Ifach. It is located on the second floor. You enter a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining table, a TV + SAT sofa and air conditioning. There is a large balcony with terrace furniture and beautiful views of the sea and the hills of Calpe. The apartment is south facing, so it is sunny until late in the afternoon. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, where the washing machine is located. There is a community pool for the entire building and a parking space.
