Villa for 6 people with private pool in Calpe, (Costa Blanca) This charming villa has 3 bedrooms spread over 2 independent floors, connected by external staircases. It has a bathroom on the ground floor and another bathroom outside the house. INTERIOR: On the main floor consisting of a living-dining room with satellite and terrestrial TV, and access to the terraces, one of which is glazed overlooking the swimming pool. The kitchen is American style and fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and panoramic sea views. The bathroom on this floor is located outside, near the swimming pool. OUTSIDE: Outside the villa, beautiful and spacious terrace with beautiful views, and a kidney-shaped pool of 8x4 meters.
