Due to its location, 5 minutes away from the centre of Calpe less than 2 km from its beaches very close to the picnic area of the sierra of Oltà and a few metres from the train station it is the perfect villa to enjoy your holidays in Calpe and the neighbouring towns. In addition by means of a short train ride you can visit beautiful towns such as Dénia, Altea, Villajoyosa or even get to Alicante. The house is distributed over one floor and it is decorated in a rustic style but with modern touches. It has 3 bedrooms, one double and two with two single beds, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a sunny lounge-dining room with a porch overlooking the sea, the mountains and the pool perfect for lunch and dinner with friends. Outside the villa has a large private swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with open sea and mountain views surrounded by trees and vegetation typical of the area. A place to rest close to nature just a stone's throw from the sea and the varied leisure facilities and gastronomy in Calpe.
