Beautiful and large villa for rent on the Costa Blanca, in a quiet area of Calpe. This holiday home for 14 people offers a beautiful exterior with a large private pool of 9x5m, a covered terrace and barbecue. The beach is only 2kms. Repeat on three floors, it consists of : - Floor 1 : covered terrace with access to the living room with tv sat and dvd, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. - Floor 2 : one bedroom with single bed, one double bedroom and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and bathroom. - Floor 3 : bedroom with single bed. On the right side of the villa, is an independent apartment with a small living room cozy, an American kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a shower room. Also, small patio and outdoor shower wc. Parking provided for 5 vehicles.
