Beautiful house with land and pool located in a residential area near the best beaches of the Costa Brava.

Property on land of 580 meters. Of modern construction, the house consists of a spacious living room, large kitchen with dining table, 4 bedrooms, a room with double bed with TV, a double room with two large single beds, another double room with double bed and a large room with television where we found a double bed and a bunk bed with two beds. The property has two bathrooms.

The outside area, a cozy space, with privacy in which we find pool area, barbecue and outdoor dining.

An ideal property for a family holiday since it is located in a very quiet area and at the same time very well connected, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the countryside and very close to the sea.

Location

The property is located on the outskirts of the city of Calonge, in the Costa Brava region. Calonge is a village on the Costa Brava with a wine tradition, with a medieval old town. The house is in a very quiet place, close to forests and fields, and approximately 1 km from the beaches of the Costa Brava.

Nearby we have Palamós, a fishing village with a family atmosphere, with spectacular coves for bathing. It has a recognized gastronomy and is located in an excellent location to know the best places of the Costa Brava.

Spectacular roundabouts, bike trips to the Gavarres natural park, Palamós fishing museum, mini-cruises along the coast, excursions in caiac, scuba diving baptisms and a variety of recreational activities you can enjoy during your vacation.

At seven kilometers we find the town of Playa de Aro, with a wide range of entertainment and shopping.
