We present you a very luminous penthouse in front of the sea where you will definitely want to come back. And it has everything: from magnificent sea views, direct access to the beach and the beautiful promenade with all its beach bars, to all kinds of services on foot such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bus stop and taxi rank, pharmacies, [hidden] you decide to use the car, it will be to go to Marbella (15 minutes away) or Fuengirola (15 minutes away), because everything else is close at hand. Golf courses, tennis clubs, gyms and of course the magnificent promenade from the small but unique Puerto de Cabopino to the still charming, peaceful and tranquil La Cala de Mijas. It is recommended to walk it from end to end in the early morning or at sunset, when the views are spectacular.
Mi Capricho is an emblematic urbanisation between Marbella and Mijas Costa, with 24h security, two swimming pools with bar/restaurant and very easy access from the airport or from Marbella, if necessary directly from the toll motorway.
