In the heart of the city center and a stone's throw from the beach, in a residence facing the Casino gardens, 3-room apartment with a capacity of 6 people with an area of approximately 58m², on the ground floor raised (a few steps to climb to enter the residence).
The apartment includes: a living room/lounge (with a flat-screen TV), an open-plan kitchen (with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, a mini oven, a microwave oven), a hallway serving a first bedroom (with a 140x190 bed), a second bedroom (with 2x2 bunk beds of 90x190), a bathroom (bath, washing machine and dryer) and separate toilets. Private "courtyard" in the residence to store bicycles. Pets are accepted in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside the school holiday period).
