Ground floor: living room (kitchen, lounge, dining room) with wood stove (1st fire free), toilet, pantry, outdoor patio of 18 m² with an old bread oven. Floor: a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 3 90 cm beds, bathroom, separate toilet.
Private enclosed garden (100 m²). Ping-pong table available, wifi via repeater (fiber).
Baby equipment on request: baby bed, high chair, bath, potty. Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Electricity to be paid on site (on statement).
3 hiking trails pass in front of the gîte. In a very quiet hamlet, near La Rochefoucauld, a country house with patio and enclosed garden. Gîte near the owners' house.
