Private enclosed garden of 300 m² located at the rear of the gîte, courtyard of 300 m² in front of the gîte with arbor and games for children (swing, slide, trampoline, table tennis), 2 adult bicycles. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty. Heating on additional package. Visit to the vineyards and the distillery, discovery of the history of Bréville and Charente. Last weekend of August, biannual “Art and Passion of Wood” festival. Gîte in a fully restored Charentaise stone house, with enclosed space. Located on a wine farm, this gîte is adjacent to the owner's house.
