Description of the accommodation

La Sauzaie district, ideally located 300m from the sea, beautiful renovated house including entrance to living room with living area (table, chairs, sideboard and cupboard), pleasant lounge area (2 sofas, armchairs, TV) and fitted kitchen area and equipped (gas hob, refrigerator with freezer section, microwave, hood, washing machine).
A hallway leads to the "night" area with 2 bedrooms and large bathroom with WC inside (shower, vanity unit and towel dryer).
Bedroom 1: 1 x 160 + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 1 x 90 + 2 x 80 bunk + wardrobe.
