800 m from the beautiful Dunes beach, semi-detached holiday home with 2 private courtyards (at the front and at the back) including a direct entrance to the living room with dining area and rest area (table, 4 chairs , sideboard, BZ sofa, TV on small unit), a kitchen area (fridge with freezer section, microwave, mini oven, washing machine, 4-burner gas hob), a bathroom (shower, sink, storage ), independent toilet.
A bedroom (1 x 140 cm + bedside tables + cupboard), a hallway with access to a second bedroom (1 x 140 cm + bedside table + storage).
WIFI access
Closed and completely paved rear courtyard with garden shed and garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, 4 deck chairs).
Private parking at the front of the house.
