Ideally located in a beachfront residence (100m from the sea), this ground-floor apartment features a main room with a kitchenette (2 electric burners, oven, microwave, and a cupboard with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a washing machine), a dining area (table, chairs), and a sofa and flat-screen TV.
(The sofa bed in the main room will be used as a single bed.)
One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage space.
From the bedroom, you access the bathroom (separated by a curtain): shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and toilet.
The living room opens onto a south/east-facing loggia with garden furniture (table, chairs) and two sun loungers.
