Description of the accommodation

Just 500m from the seaside and in a quiet cul-de-sac, pleasant renovated single-storey house with its enclosed garden.
It includes a spacious living room with a lounge area (TV, corner sofa) and a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard).
A separate and equipped kitchen (hob, refrigerator with freezer section, oven, hood, dishwasher).
A hallway serves two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Bedroom n° 1: a 160 cm bed + cupboard.
Bedroom no. 2: a 140 cm bed + cupboard + chest of drawers.
WIFI access.
A garage used as a bicycle room with a washing machine and an extra shower.
The living room opens onto a tiled terrace (table, chairs, sun lounger, awning and barbecue) and fully enclosed garden.
