Description of the accommodation

300m from Marais Girard beach, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful family house sleeping 9 spread over 2 levels.

ON THE GARDEN FLOOR: type 3 accommodation (sleeps 4) including a living room with kitchenette (top fridge, hob, hood, multifunction microwave) and relaxation area (sofa, coffee table).
2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm + cupboard and 2 x 90 cm), a separate toilet and a bathroom (vanity unit, shower and towel dryer).
The living room opens onto a small wooden terrace (table + chairs) and gives access to the garden.

UPSTAIRS (interior junction via the garage or access from the outside): a second type 3 accommodation (sleeps 5) including a spacious living room with a lounge area (sofa, armchairs, TV), living room (table, chairs, buffet) and a fitted and equipped kitchen (hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher).
