Description of the accommodation

Located in a residence with collective swimming pool (unheated and open between mid-June and mid-September), La Parée district, type 3 house with one floor and a private garden.
The accommodation includes: on the ground floor, a main living room (table, chairs, sofa, TV unit + flat screen), kitchenette area (fridge with freezer section, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher) , a hallway and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm + storage) (2 x 90 cm + storage) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
WIFI access
Private garden equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, barbecue.
Storage room with washing machine and private parking space.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
