Description of the accommodation

750m from Dunes 2 beach and 800m from the town of Brem Sur Mer (shops and weekly market), in a pretty residence with collective swimming pool (unheated & open in summer), pleasant type 2 holiday home (approx. 26m²) including a bright living room with fitted kitchen area (ceramic hob, hood, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer section), dining area (table, chairs) and rest area ( sofa + flat screen TV).
A corridor leads to the bathroom (shower, vanity unit and washing machine), separate WC and the bedroom: 1 double bed (140) + cupboard.
Upstairs, a mezzanine open to the living room: 2 single beds (90) under crawling surfaces.
The house is located on a corner and has 2 terraces: one at the front of the house and the other, on the bedroom side (tables, chairs, parasol, sun lounger and barbecue).
Private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package AS AVAILABLE (+60€), to be reserved with the agency.
A cleaning deposit may be requested.
