Small house of 40 m2 adjoining that of the owners and near a gite for 4 people ref. 24G696-Le Petit Garem. Comfortable cottage where the rooms of the house do not communicate with each other; they are only accessible by the outdoor terrace and by doors whose height is lower than the standard (less than 1.80 m and 1.63 m for the smallest one in the bedroom). Through one door, you will access a living room with sofa, TV and Wifi and through another door, a fully equipped kitchen. Always from the outside, you will also have access to a bedroom with 1 bed of 140x200cm and finally, through another door, always from the outside, to a bathroom (shower and WC). Heating in the three living rooms. A small terrace in front of the gîte will allow you to enjoy the calm of the place, in this area of 12 ha of garden and woods shared with the owners and the occupants of the other gîte. About an hour's drive away, you can stroll through the Bergerac vineyards or go to Montignac (International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4) or to Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage or to the prehistoric sites of the Vallée de the Vézère or the castles, villages and fortified towns of the Dordogne Valley...
