This pretty detached house on the banks of the river is located on the road which bears the name of the Moulin. From the entrance hall, you will have on the right a large dining room with a dining area and table football, accessing the terrace (griddle, garden furniture) through large bay windows. A small cozy living room with sofa and television is also present.
On the left, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with family or friends, with an electric oven, 2 gas and 2 induction burners, a hood, a microwave and a wood stove. Scullery: dishwasher, sink, cupboards, washing machine and dryer.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom (140x190cm bed), a bathroom and separate WC. The 4 other bedrooms are on the first floor of the house with 3 160cm beds and 2 80x200cm beds, 2 WCs and 2 shower rooms.
