On the first floor, it features a kitchenette with a stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and all kitchen utensils, dishwasher, a dining table for 4 people, a living room with a sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi Internet, and a full bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, there is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with shower.
