Séverine and Frédéric have renovated the house next to theirs. They took pleasure in furnishing this beautiful stone house for your holidays in the heart of Boulazac in the Périgord Blanc. They will know how to make themselves useful and discreet throughout your stay.

Description of the accommodation

This stone house is adjoining that of the owners without being overlooked. On the ground floor, you will enter through the living room with TV, sofa, internet. You will have 2 steps to access the equipped kitchen, table and chairs, dishwasher, combined freezer, oven, microwave. Independent WC. Upstairs, you will access 2 bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed in each and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds then a bathroom with 2 sinks, WC and walk-in shower. Public parking in front of the gîte. Fully enclosed garden of 300 m2 (in the process of being revegetated) with a terrace of 15 m2 with plancha and garden furniture. Bicycle storage on site available.
Cleaning at end of stay 60€. Sheets/bed for 1 person/change €10. Sheets/double bed/change €20. Towels/pers/change €5. Near Périgueux, this house proudly displays its beautiful stone facade; it is certainly one of the oldest in the hamlet.
