27 km from Sarlat and 10 km from Souillac (All shops), house of 53 m2 adjoining a neighbor without vis-à-vis, an unoccupied building and close to the owners' house (About 500 m from a pig breeding). On one level: Kitchen. Living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed. Bathroom. Separate WC. Electric heating. Unfenced land of 150 m2 with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Baby equipment: Baby bed, high chair, baby bath, changing table, bottle warmer. Linen included. Towels €10/person/change. Sheets 10€/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €30. Heating €8/day. Gîte in the heart of a small, quiet hamlet in the countryside close to numerous marked hiking trails. North of the medieval city of Sarlat, the heart of a region known worldwide for the density of its exceptional sites: International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4, Gouffre de Proumeyssac, Les Eyzies de Tayac, the village of Bournat in Bugue. .. for the Vézère Valley but also the Château de Beynac, the Château des Milandes, the Jardins de Marqueyssac, the village of Roque-Gageac and the Bastide de Domme... for the Dordogne Valley.
