You have a pretty walled garden at the back with trampoline, above-ground swimming pool and immediate proximity to the Loire by bike and the banks of the Loire as well as the La Cheuille river. You can leave the house for hiking trips. Briare and its famous canal bridge are 15 minutes away, Gien and its earthenware factory 30 minutes away. You can enjoy many other tourist activities in the surrounding area: Guédelon Castle, Sancerre, Saint Fargeau...

On the ground floor, a living room with 4K TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet with hand basin and a bathroom with toilet.
On the 1st floor, four bedrooms each with a double bed (140), one of which has an adjoining baby alcove (cot with bars and changing table). Shower room with toilet upstairs, baby bath and hygiene pots available.

Enclosed garden of 400m² is at your disposal with garden furniture and deck chairs to relax, a barbecue for convivial moments and even an above-ground swimming pool, a trampoline, pétanque and Molkky games which will delight children and adults alike. !

2 adult bikes and 1 child's bike are at your disposal, as well as a balance bike, landing nets, fishing rods, board games, books in various places in the house, electronic piano.
