We are Coralie and Sergio, happy owners of an old mill on the banks of a river Le Thérain in the heart of a small village in the Oise. We want to share this historic and rejuvenating place.

Description of the accommodation

30 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, located on the edge of Thérain.
You enter on the ground floor into a games room with table football and a view of the old mill wheel. The cottage is located upstairs and benefits from a panoramic view of the Thérain river.
You have a living room with equipped kitchen (microwave, stove with oven and hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, washing machine), a living room with convertible sofa, TV (110 cm ), a small bedroom for 2 people (bed 140x190 cm), a bathroom (shower 0.85 x 1.18 cm) with Wc, vanity unit (hair dryer). In the garden (shared with the owners) you will enjoy the sound of the water while sitting on the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Parking in the courtyard in front of the cottage.
